A slip on pipe will work great.

Nerf Bars are a safe call if you intend to race or fear your foot falling off your pegs.
I'm not a huge fan of the stock bumper. I got a bumper the next day after I got my EX.
Nearly anyone looking for some performance improvement goes after a slip on or full exhaust system. Slip Ons are more in your price range.

Get rid of the plastic swingarm skid and get a good aftermarket one.

keep the plastic swingarms cover as its durable enough plus if it brakes its not expensive, a aftermarket one you'll be taking off banging it back into shape after a few rough rides.

Yep, I would start with that.
