I cant seem to get a freakin avatar...can any one help me????? plzz

first you need to make sure the picture u want is small enough and the right file format. then go to USER CP, up at the top on the grey bar. once your thier go to edit options and scroll all the way down to change avator and then select what you want. hope i was clear enough.
