I am looking for ways to repair a enlarged swingarm bolt hole in a honda frame. I have saw during a search for parts for another bike a repair kit for this problem but I am know unable to find it.

how did you enlarge the bolt hole and how bad is it?

Couldn't you just have a washer with the same hole size just welded on? I'm not sure if that will work, but if not you can take it to a welder and have him weld a new plate on and redrill the hole.

I purchased the bike second hand and the hole was already worn. But have read that it is caused be bad swingarm bearings or the bolt seizing to the sleeve. Causing the bolt to move with the swingarm and enlarging the hole. I have thought about welding on the washer, but wanted to see what other options I had.

The hole is not that much bigger then the bolt. But a little goes a long way at the rear of a extended swingarm.
