guys i need ure help i might get an omf air scoop for 26.00 and i want to know are hey worth the money , what do they do perfromance wise, and are they heavy likewill they mke my stok 400ex be harder to pull wheelies pleaase reply i might order tomorrow and wont be on too long 2 night thanks

no it won't be much of a weight difference. It will direct air across your oil cooler and your cooling fins. for 26$ jump on it!

first if u can get omf scoops for 26 bucks u better get them(they are usually ALOT higher than that---they cool the engine a little--and they are not heavy at all--i think they work pretty good-(but i have tinners)

at the mot how much pounds are they like 5 or less tanks alot guys cus im leavin in like 10 mins so please help me and also will it feell harder to do a wheelie when i try thanks and aslo do they look good

Don't get the OMF scoops! Get tinners scoops, it gave me an extra 20 hp! :devil

you shoulda got the tinner air scoops cause my buddy got the omf's and he can no longer pull the wheels off the ground anymore in second gear due to the drag:huh

great are u jokin i ordered them for 60 buks found out there not 25 there expensive i got red ones will i really loose some power and not be able to pull wheelies in 2nd now im mad if ure rite ohhh noo help please

They are not hard to install at all.

If you are going to post questions, at least read the answers. As a previous post states, they cool the engine by re-directing more air past the oil cooler and engine. They will also not affect your wheelie or jumping ability. Just to give you an idea, when jumping, there is more resistance from full front fenders, than from cut/race fenders.

ok they are easy to instal, incredibly light, u will not even notice that they are there. They cool the engine because it scoops air onto the engine cooling it.
