I thought i would tell you guys that I was in the Division 3 Ohio State Track and Field Championships, and our 4x100 team won state with the time of 43.69 seconds. There were also 2 records broke by one of my friends. He broke the 400 meter dash state record (used to be 47.89), but he broke it and set the new record at 47.78 seconds. He was also on the 4x200 team and broke the state record previously held by them (same team), with the new record being at 1:29.66 seconds. He also won every won state in every event he was in. He won the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, and the 4x200 meter relay. I thought i would tell you guys to give you guys some info on track, since noone really talks about it. Maybe some people from Ohio came and seen the championships??

 Dang 400exc, you guys are fast! Congrats! We had a kid go to state for the 400, but he wasnt nearly as fast as what your talking. One of my buddies went to state for the 2 mile, he ended up ranked 7th in Missouri. As for me, I just attempt to throw the discus and shot. :p

I could have made it to regionals in the 200 meter dash, but at districts my coach didnt want me to run it. He want3ed me to stick strictly to the 4x200 relay. I can run the 200 meter dash in 23.5 seconds, which is pretty fast for a freshman!!! lol I didnt get to run the 100 meter dash, there are some pretty fast kids on our team. I can run the 100 in 11.6 seconds, which aint to bad either for a freshman.

I am on the team here at otterbein college its a small d3 school but now i am jumping 22 feet and ranked in the top 20 nationally this year d3 so i cant complain i guess. I know exactly where lima is i have lots of family there. We run against Ohio Northern all the time im sure you know of it.

I am also from Ohio and missed goin to state by .01 of a sec. in the 100 my senior year. My best time in the 100 is 10.8 and I ran 22.4 in the 200. I also did 4x100 and 4x400, we didn't have 4x200 when I was in high school.

Heck yea ive heard of Ohio Northern.

And woodsman250r, why didnt you make it into the 100 at state? Are you in d1 or d2? Because in d3 you could of easily made it. There were only 3 or 4 guys who ran in the 10's. The guy on our team only got 11.18, which he got 7th overall. Im trying to go for the state record in the 200 dash in d3, which is like 20.54 if im not mistaken? Im at a 23.5 right now at the end of my frehsman year, which im strictly sticking to the 200 to break that record, or at least go to state next year as a sophmore.

I ran at the Zanesville regional which is D2. The kid who won ran like a 10.7, then it went 10.9, 11.0, 11.13 then 11.14 which was my time just missing in the 100.
