if u drop a one in the front it will give u more power low end and if u drop one in the front and add three in the back will it give u more low end and more high end

Is that supposed to be a question? It's a wrong assumption either way. If you drop one in the front and add 3 in the rear you will get massive low end pull. Down in the front or up in the rear, or both, adds low end power. Up in the front or down in the rear, or both, will add top end but it will take you a while to get there. You can't have the best of both worlds unfortunately.
