Need Some OPinions

Ok right now i have a 2000 400ex which i like alot i live about 3 minutes from an mx track and i have a member ship so im there quite a bit, but im 17 and i was wondering what you guys would do, i've been looking at trucks for a while now and if i were to get one i'l probably have to sell my quad, so i was just wondering what you guys would do if you were in my situation


Theres a picture of one of the trucks i kind of like, but i just dont really know what i should do, I wanted to get into racing cause i practice all the time but havent really gotten around to it yet lol.

Do what you feel is right. I'd buy a little cheap car, a hitch and a trailer.

Well look at your priorities. If you think it would further benefit you having a vehicle, and you find that your at the age now where you need your own wheels, maybe that's what you should do.

i was in the situation u were and my parents ended up buying me a truck. it was only 2800 bucks but its nice for a 93, only 100,000 on it. my bike fits in it perfect and hauls it fine. i suggest you ask your parents for a little help first before you sell your quad. my quad is worth more than my truck but i dont care. i have a set of wheels and i can haul my bike, done deal.

I was goin to sell the kfx this year to by me a new lt1 or truck but decided to wait till I am out of school to get a new car and keep the kfx.

it depends on what you want to do. my life revolves around racing so i bought the 450 and drive my mom's jeep. im sure you're not into racing as much as some of us are so you might want to get the truck. it depends on your situation.

Well today i spent a little time cleaning her up because im still not sure what im going to do yet but I thought i'd get her looking nice just incase i decide to put the 400 out by the road.

I am in the same situation you are in, I just got done paying off my YFZ about 2 weeks ago and have owned it for around 5 months now. I had a 400ex before the YFZ and I got 4,350 for my 2004 400ex.. so that 4,350 went either towards a YFZ or I put that 4,350 and I had to make 5,650 more and my dad would pay for the rest of a 2005 Mustang.. I decided to buy the YFZ and now I have a 2003 Ford Powerstroke becuase a guy I work with bought a new Powerstroke and gave me his '03 cheap.. 15,500!! black, 4 door, leather interior.. its one baddddddd unit... but think of it this way... on a 4-wheeler theres no cops, no speed limit, no roads, NO RULES!!!... so thats why I bought a quad even tho my truck will demolish my quad in a race I still would choose my quad over my truck.. but I just got my truck last week..
