sluggish 400ex

ok guys , i put a dyno jet kit, and k&n air filter in my quad, i jetted it for a pipe but i dont have one, i removed the baffle from the stocker, i know that it dosnt make a difference. anyway right off the bat you couold tell the gains but it seems its getting sluggish, like reving slower that it should, other than that it runs great no pops or knocking nothing any ideas??

What's the jetting at right now? Also, re-install the baffle. Removing it does nothing except make more noise.

air filter is brand new, the thing just seems so sluggsh

I think it might be jetted a lil too rich since u said u have it jetted for a pipe, and youre still running the stocker..
