yz450f hybrid gearing.. 4 speed

I am building a hybrid 450 and was wandering if anyone know a good gear ratio for the 4 speed yz450f engine. it will be in a 250r leagers frame.

I have 14front 38 rear but I guess also what riding your doing....

what kinda of tracks do you run on.. sx style or national style.. also what would 14 36 be like

I am not sure but the 36 in the rear will give ya more top end...(Im not sure though)Most of evryone I have talked to usually run 14-38 one of my buddies run 14-39.Good luck I am not to sure about gearing to much,14-38 does really good for me for all around tracks..

i thought the gears in a dirtbike motor were taller than those in quads........
