circlips

im rebuilding my 300ex and i cannot figure out how to get the circlips on the piston. i have a printout that im following but their instructions aint workling....any suggestions???

the circlip has a gap in the circle and you put one end of the circlip in the trench and work it all the way around bit by bit useing your hands and a flat tip to make sure you got it all the way in

dont let it shoot out takes forever to find them lol
