Looking to trade my R for an mx ready 400ex

Exactly what the title says. I've got my 250r thats completely mx ready and i want to trade it for a 400ex. The bare MINIMUM the 400 must have is a-arms and an axle. If not, cash must be added. Wheels/tires/shocks is not a big deal cause i can swap mine before we trade since they're interchangable. Lets see some offers.

Do you have LT arms? What all is done to the 250R?

what are you looking to give or get?

lookin for a straight up trade for a 400 that has equal value.....then based on condition/extras/etc of both bikes....things can be mixed and matched like shocks/wheels/etc.
