This sound fair?

My buddy just bought a 99' CR125R bone stock. Garage kept, looks really clean and runs good, for $1,350. He said he just put a new top end on it last year. Does this price sound right for this bike. The guy was asking $1,600, but he took $1,350 cash.

if it looks good and runs good, and has the fresh motor like you say, i say it was a good buy... are the sprockets and chain and all that in good condition? if so i'd say yea it was pretty fair.
