Codys 90 will be rebuilt and sold complete or parted out. I cant keep a frame under him...and i build these things non stop so I really dont have the time to wrench on his after every ride. Its not that the quad is junk, he just literally rides it way past its limits.

I already called Burgard and he is making a set of his new LT arms, Elka will be called tomorrow for shocks...C&D will be called for Hipers and some XC tires. I havent decided on skids nerfs etc.

Th enext month or two will be getting the 300ex ready for racing in the Youth Production 13-15 classes in both MX and XC. I already have the MX rims and tires and axle.

It will also take some time for him to get used to a full size quad and the changes we will be making to it.

that is sick. Pappy, we have a local rider here named jason connell. The kid is absolutely sick. He rode a trx90/cr85 bike and the kid flew. He races the 300ex class now due to the age regulations. Anyways, i have seen his 300ex and its sick. Full JB/Elka front and rear ends, plastic, and a motor with a couple grand sank into it. Check out JB or call them for 300ex parts.

Unfortuantley he can not race the GNCC Series but he can do local harescramble events and such. I have been doing the Paul Koontz series. We run with the big boys but we just have to start last. We were talking about you (Joshua) yesterday. Cody will be gearing up to run in the Koontz series, but it will more then likely be later this summer etc. He is still a short runt and we will have to train him how to tackle some of the obstacles found in XC racing on a larger quad.

That's what I thought, they really need to change that rule. I raced a blaster one time when I was 14 and then switched to a 450r and have been racing it in local harescrambles ever since. Next year I'll be racing GNCC 4 stroke B:macho

I think for now the engine and exhaust will remain unchanged. if a pipe company wants us to run thier pipe I would consider it, but there is more then enough power for a 100 pound rider to handle:p

but if you plan for him to race alot of XC and harescrambles, i wouldnt get too carried away with the width of the a-arms because those trails could get pretty tight.

vinny and jason are crazy fast

i have ridden both vinnys 450r and 520r

and let me tell you the 450r has a little work, not much at all but it flys,

and the 520r just flat out hauls @$$
