anyone ever been here, if so how was it?

My brother in law was there back in the early spring, he said that it is realy sandy, not like the hard red clay he thought it was going to be. The MX track was fine but the trails he said you could get away with riding paddles on cause it was real fine sand. He said overall it was worth it but he prefered Lake Murrey over this place.
