my buddy has one and cannot complain about reliability. been together for about a year now and hasnt had any problems to speak of. is it worth it? IMHO if you need a new crank get a stroker, if not dont worry about one. as long as my crank is still good i will stay stock stroke, but teh day i need a new crank i am getting a stroker motor. the power is unbelievable. with his setup, he has power from idle to rev limiter. it is insane as to just how fast this thing is. you can PM him for more info on his, his name on here is Honda460ex

well i say do it. a stroker wont really hurt your reliability. it doesnt create excess heat lke a Big bore does, so it should be just as reliable as your 440 was.

Stroke it, you won't regret it. Check out www.powroll.com, excellent customer service, and thier work is first rate.

I just got my 440 running last weekend, the difference in power is impressive. Even w/the stage 3 Hot Cam, it pulls hard from bottom to top.

Can't wait for my new carb now, still running the stocker unfortunately.

Stroking your 440 would be sweet but I would get a new rod, crf450 cam chain, and go with the HD head studs from GT Thunder if you don't have them already.
