I have a Baldwin CRF 450 motor in my hybrid, and the guy before me ran C12 race fuel. The cheapest i can find C12 is $9 gallon. So i went to a sunoco station and have been using their 110 leaded fuel for $6/gallon out of the drum. Just recently i noticed a local BP station has VP 110 at their pumps. All i know is its purple. I called the BP to see which VP it is because in their VP book it shows two kinds of 110 purple and they have no idea. My ? is, does anyone use this fuel and is it a bad idea to switch from the sunoco? The VP 110 is about 80 cents cheaper a gallon but its out of the pump.

VP fuels are good. And what compression ratio is your quad.

to be honest i dont know, i just bought it, i would have to call baldwin to see what compression piston he uses. im guessing 13-1

If your running 13-1 compression, and you switch from one brand of 110 octane to another its not gonna matter at all.
