the grab bar will stop it from going over but it will be straight up.

It depends how fast the quad comes back, if you are doing slow wheeling and you come back slow, it will hold it. If you nail it hard and it comes back fast, it may not, or the hill scenario, thats always a mess.

and watch it cause if u are going pretty good speed and hit the grab bar pretty hard it will peel a nice chunk of grass outta your yard as well...trust me lol..Ma and Pa always like that

The stock grab bar should be fine. I've gone off the back of mine a couple of times and it never flipped back on top of me.

Yes, it will stop you.. Most people who have never hit it though, are afraid to hit it, and will prob. let go as soon as they do. So just hang on and you will be fine if you are in 1st,2nd, and 3rd, maybe 4th and 5th pending on how fast your going. But I would stand up on your grab bar and hit it on purpose then you won't even fear it. I tell that to everyone who is learning how to do a wheelie, and they hit it, and aren't afraid of it nemore.

depends on the surface. i've seen a z400 grab bar snap off when on blacktop. but if your in grass or dirt you wil be fine

I cut the back off mine and put a 250r Grab bar on it. Now I don't have to worry about breaking the sub frame as easy.

is it alot easier to wheelie once u hit the grab bar? because i suck at wheelying and ive never hit the grab bar. ive never really gone past the balance point actually, i just get it up and go with it until im out of throttle and it falls back down

when I had my stock swing arm on my 400 I could ride wheelies all day long. I would hit the grab bar all the time, it bounces you back doun.

another note. if you do wheelies all day long on your dads lawn, eventually the drips of gas coming out the overflow of your carb will make dead spots in the grass.

Ya, it makes it a whole lot easier, and gets you over that fear...

Think about it. Would you rather hit the grab bar the first time on accident, and not know what to do, or hit it on purpose and know to tap the brake and you'll be fine. Just try it;)

Yep. I did that. My yard is on an angle so my quad always drifted one way. I had a big trail acroosed my yard in no time. DON'T DO THAT.... DADDY WON'T BE HAPPY.
