Maybe he was thinking 450r instead of the 250r?

And yeah, I have to agree that DG sucks.

Yeah, DG sucks. I really like ESR pipes, I would say them or sparks if you can find one. A bunch of people ran LRD also, but I never did personally. I am sure they are good pipes also, they are adjustable which would be nice if it actually works.

There isn't a thing wrong with DG 2 stroke pipes. I've rode a 250r with a DG pipe & silencer and it would get it. Had a cool sound too.

I've heard CT Racing has a good pipe too.

Cousins got a dyno port pipe on his R. He likes it quit a bit. Good power increase for him.

man, 90% of the people arent going to notice the difference... the average joe schmoe that is asking what pipe he should get, would not notice a difference between lets say a pt race pipe, and the esr 5, or the fatty...

the fmf is a good all around pipe, the pt race, i'm not too big on ESR but im sure there all around pipe is just fine...

ps- and unless you have your bike completely catered to a purpose (the pipe, port, carb, etc... all working together for a certain purpose) youre not going to get the most out of it anyhow...

its a 330 big bore by ct, the ct pipe is nice but i wanted to see if a comp. had somethin more to me ridin style, it all depends fmf has like 4 difret styles for low mid and top end , lrd has the slip pipe where you can change it to your ridin style

i personly had the lrd on for about 2 weeks and loved it, you can change it to w.e you want low mid top, but i ride the ct all the time now.

so it depends on what you do lol

hope this helpd

ESR TRX-5 with match porting, or LRD Adjustable for generic porting. In other words, if you get the TRX-5, you should send your jug in and have it ported to match, but if you don't want to port or already have a port job with a generic pipe, LRD Adjustable.

By the way... DG pipes suck biiiiiig balls. My friend has (had) one on his Warrior and it was really loud and it FELL APART (!) after a while. I don't know if Warriors come like this stock, but the DG pipe had 3 pieces - Silencer with a really long inlet piece, a mid pipe and a header - the middle piece fell out (and it was the only piece that didn't loose it's chrome finish... I didn't understand that). They are junk.
