i HAVE A SET OF BLACK ITP C-SERIES RIMS. THEY ARE +3+2 AND I HAVE A SET OF STOCK RIMS THAT ARE +1+4 I THINK... ANYHOW I WAS WONDERING IF A C-SERIES RIM IN THE FRONT COULD HANDLE MX. THE RIM LOOKS SICK AND IT WILL GIVE ME 2 MORE INCHES IN THE FRONT. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA TO USE THEM FOR MX?

I don't have any personal experience but from what I have heard, the C-series ITP rim is not that strong. It's great for dunes or something like that but I seriously think that you will run the risk of bending them in MX conditions.

The C series is too heavy of a rim for MX IMO. It is more of a recreational rim than one meant for racing ;)

they are not for mx, i have them on all corners and use them for recreational use, when i go to the mx track i use bajas.

there is a print on the inside that says that they ar not for any racing activities.

the thing is that they are cast, if you use them in racing, and have a hard landing they will break, not bend like the ones that are rolled.
