Ford Fog light HELP!!!

Ok, I have some serious moisture issues! To make it worse...I went bogging and muddy water got in there. How can I fix this, is there any way to pop the lens off, wipe it down and re-seal it?

drill a small hole in the bottom, get everything out, and put a lil weatherstripping on the hole.
