Mint tc416, walsh, houser...wtt, for sale...part out

I had this up before and no one serious was interested. So i pondered the thought of keeping it, but now in a slump and need money. Please READ this so I dont get a million Pm's asking the same thing.
First off, this was a project that started back in october 05...actually a little earlier. I got every part individual so i guess you can call this quad a 06? But I prefer a 2004 since almost every part is from a 04 quad. There is not a single old/dirty/abused part on this quad. I gaurentee you will not find anything dirty or old on it.
Before ANYTHING was assembled EVERYTHING was sent to pappy for some pc. Parts list:
Chassis__
-Brand new OEM replacment frame guessted/reinforced, pc'ed gloss black
-lonestar subframe with removable grab bar pc'ed candy blue
-AC 250r grab bar pc'ed gloss black
-OEM oil tank pc'ed stealth black
-houser +2 STD a-arms uppers candy blue, lowers gloss black
-OMF beadlocks f&r black with tamer rears, razr fronts
-Walsh swingarm gloss black
-durablue +2+4 axle
-OEM hubs candy blue all around
-tie rods gloss black
-steering stem stealth black
-battery box hold down stealth black
-all misc brackets stealth black
-brake calipers, lever gloss black
-lonestar bearing carrier
-AC front bumper
-brand new 06 sytle front and rear fenders...have 02 style red as well
of course new wheel bearings, new houser ball joints, bushings (yes have the $250 bill to prove all new) swingarm bearings, linkage bearings.

All OEM, TC revv box

Motor__
Has 5 min literally on everything listed...started first time to fire up, 2nd time to change oil, and 3rd time to take video...never rode, never left garage.
TC full race ported head with oversized valves, retianers, and springs
WB all track cam
JE 11:1 87mm piston (ran power mist only so far, dont know if its necessary, but i wanted to be safe)
New timing chain
cases pc'ed
new flywheel
new crank (just out of package)
new oem clutch fibers, new pressure plates as well
hinson clutch basket
new crank bearings
new shift shaft
all new bottom end bearings, clips and seals
only cometic gaskets used
k&n filter
TC full exhaust

soooo much time and money put into this thing. What it NEEDS...rear brake stay, front shocks (it has ones on now, but you need new ones) brake pads and a starter...i accidently broke mine and had to use my buddies to start for the video. Thats it its 100% fully rideable after those little parts.

$3500 takes it as is right now and i may throw in extra parts (lectron carb, both fenders...a bunch of crap)
or taking offers on parting out

I WILL NOT....REPEAT....
WILL NOT do a straight up trade. I will not travel any distance unless you pay. Will not trade sight unseen. I dont want crap becasue I know you wont be GETTING crap. I will need at least $1000 for ANY trade at all, more depending on model, condition etc etc. I will however consider straight up trade if the quad/bike is worth it.

I've got an 87 250r i would trade straight up, or a 96 cr250 i would trade with $1000. On the 250r, i would want to keep my ohlins fronts, but things that are interchangable and yours are nicer, i would negotiate. i.e. you could keep your wheels/tires instead of mine, etc. The 250r has has a full gt thunder motor,jp swingarm, pc'd black frame(not perfect though), lsr +2s up front, lsr +3 axle, lsr carrier, maier fenders (one crack), paul turner 3 piece exhaust, and tons of little stuff. The picture is old...it's got a few other things on it like a chain slider that was missing in the pic, new bumper, etc. The cr250 has a pro-circuit pipe/silencer, twin- air filter, etc....
