What do i need to do to it? Such as carb,exhaust,HRC?, any other let me know i race GNCC!!!!!! Need help?:rolleyes:

Some great first additions would be the HRC kit performance wise. Then for looks/saftey, I would get a case saver, nerfbars, bumper, handguards and most importantly, skid plates. I suggest AC Racing. Just installed a lot of AC on my bike, and after a little loctite, I have no complaints. Looks great and performs great.

yah go with AC for all those things. Im pretty sure they have all the things youll need like nerfs, skids, bumpers, etc.

AC Racing Skid plate ....

Make sure you tell the person you buy it from it an 06... Not sure if AC has made a new one for the 06... Oil pug is on the right not the left like the 04 and 05... HRC kit!!!!!!!!!!!

they make them for 06 i have it and the oil holes line up great

i also just bought an 06 450er.

first things i did to it were, the pro armour nerfs with heel guard, a bling star bumper, some different handlebars, and a billet bar clamp with my key and light holders in them. I got a K&N filter, an outerwear for the filter, a slip on HMF pipe, and at last....the HRC kit, which was the reason i got the slip on, because you get a header pipe with the HRC kit.


I will tell you, it moves pretty damn well, i really really like it. The next thing i do to it will be some underside armor.

if you are racing GNCC I would got with PRM skids and bumper and grab bar. I would change the handlebars to Flexx (if you have the money) or to a bend your prefer, some handguards, get some nerfs, an adjustable fuel screw for the fcr carb, kill switch, you can uncork the stock exhaust or get aftermarket, a 55 leak jet for the carb, and some tires..... These are just some suggestion and items we added to our 06er for xc racing.. :)
