Poison Ivy

Anyone have it lately?, i just got 2 big parts and alot of tiny marks all up my legs, should i goto a doctor?, ive had them for 2 and 1/2 weeks and the over the counter stuff isnt doin anything. Should i goto the doctor or will they tell me to suck it up?

i just had it on my wrist and by my eye. i went to the doctor and they gave me a shot and some pills to take. it dried up in about a week. i would go to the doctor.

Go to the doctor. I got it really bad one time when I was little and it spread really fast. I havent gotten it since that incident.

i dont catch it, but my brother got it so bad they gave him steriods for it

I have poison ivy on my legs too, and I've been using Calamine Spray. It works pretty good, it hasn't itched any since I got it.

go to the doctor. once you get the shot and pills you will be immuned for about 6 months. sure worth it

I the best thing I have found to work is scratch it till it bleeds and then dump bleach on it, but it burns like hell for a little bit. But it drys up in half the time than otc stuff

b/c bleach kills your skin cells. i wouldnt use bleach for anything on your body. go to the doctor.

I always use to get it bad when I was little. I have it right now small spot on each of my legs and and very small spots on my arms. Had it really bad a week ago huge spot on my right leg. I take benadril for it and it helps me. I havent gone to the doctor for it since I was 7.

I used to get Poison Oak alot.......in Cali.....(sucky!).....I used to use the special soap for it, and the cream - then I'd wrap the affected parts (usually a leg or arm) in an ace bandage so I couldnt' scratch and spread it (at night I'd scratch at it in my sleep....) - that usually helped alot. That stuff just sucks, though.....

haha, ya im glad that didnt happen. Thanks everyone i just went to the doctor and got some steroids in pills and a cream. Hopefully it will start to clear up
