cluch plates?

My cluch is fried and I was wondering what are good cluch plates to buy. I don't have the money for a hinson or sparks 8 plate set up. The tusk are cheap but are they any good? I read that you could use 8 250r fibers and 7 300 steel plates? Can anyone tell me more about this? thanks

I have barnett clutch plates. I like them, they are 4 years old now and work great. I forget what they cost me, i think around 120.00. But i cant remember.
