so far for me the only one I've had work loose that I know of is the main bolt on the clutch lever. Just about worked its way completely out before I noticed it.

the four bolts that clamp down on the swingarm carrier on my 06 kind of wiggled them selfs free. i was surprised that they did that.

lower subframe bolts, one of mine fell out. I have also heard about top ones breaking so I got stronger ones just in case:D

my tie rods come loose all the time. i check almost every bolt before races. only takes me 20 minutes if you have the tools set out ready to go.

I've almost lost the clutch lever bolt a few times too, it came without a locknut on the bottom?
I've lost the front fender bolts and gas tank bolts after not tightenting them enough when reinstalling them.
Axle nuts anyone?
