Broke Rear Shock?

I am not sure exactly wat the problem is but my bushing on my 400ex got wedged up inside were the shock shaft enters the little upper part that is bigger in diameter........ it barely got wedged in there and i found out because there was a loud rubber to metal sound coming from the rear suspension................. is this a big problem or not?

As long as it didn't screw up your seals, and doesn't screw them up when you pull it out, it should be fine.

How hard did you bottom out?

i didnt even know i bottomed out

Check out Ebay there was a rebuilt one for a 185# rider that was only 10 bucks last time i looked incase ya need a new one...
