BKT tires are identical to maxxis razr tires, I know several people that run them for practice tires and say they hook up good

Why not just buy a pair of the BKT tires, and if you dont like them...just use them until they are done and try the mxr6's?

I would also like to know because my new Kendas got a huge gash in them after one race.

I know that Lubergh and Upperman run them. So they must be decent.

Does anyone know a price on them?

BTKs are very good tires( i am a bit biased though...see tag line) we were sponsored by and ran kendas for about 4 years. no complaints really except the the tireballs we run didnt fair so well in them..

the BKTs have basically the same tread design as the Maxxis and are equally dependable i just hope they come out with a radial type design...desert racing is tough on ANY tire...though we didnt not need tire change in our last 250 mile race

To me the BKT tires are more rounded then the Maxxis tires. I might of just seen some 22in or 20in on a to narrow of a rim. Are the 18" a flat profile tire. Do they even make an 18" rear tire?

Does anyone know if they make a MX tires. In the latest DIRTWHEELS they have an ad with lubergh. The BKT tires on his quad are not the ones that they advertise. It only shows that they make one style (razr copy) tire.

I currently run these tires and are happy.6 ply rating and a great price.I think I paid about 220 for a full set(4).They hook up well and seem to wear well.I have ran Maxxis tires on all my quads and these are just as good.

Do you race MX? If so post a pic of them on your quad.

Is there an MX version or are the 18" rears the MX version and the 19 and 20" fronts the mX version.

Call up Baldwins. Mark seems to like the BKT tires a lot. I don't know if I would take the gamble and try them. The mxr6 tires are amazing though.
