What is a good exercise to strengthen and build your forearms? my forearms get sore after i go riding. i want to get them stronger because i have a habit of hanging on really tight.

haha yea. lmao, you can grab some dumbells and hold them in ur hand and curl up ur wrists. builds those muscles up.

you can also get a broom handle, string/rope, and tie weights to them. twist the handle to pick up the weights in both directions.

get one of those Gyro Ball exercisers, they work well for grip strength and forearm strength, have helped with my arm pumps also :macho

i have been doin power cleans for football and it seems to strenthen my forearm

I would also suggest this, use steel bar if using a lot of weight, but this works great.

Yeah, gyro ball is a good way...u can find them online for about 18 bucks. At least thats what mine cost.
