300ex headpipe

I have a whitebros e-series on my 300ex and I was wondering if the wb headpipe would would make a very big increase in power?

I don't know about the WB headpipes, but the larger FmF headpipe that came with my powercore added power in the mid and upper RPM's. The headpipe on the 300 is pretty darn small so it would probably be a good idea to eventually get a larger diameter pipe.
