well i didn't get a new case saver but i had the same problem putting it in with the 14 tooth sprocket, we just had to jam it in there until it fit and we got the bolts on. it took like 30 minutes to get it in good, but you will get it

thats what I figured I'd have to do... Im gonna take my new one to a machine shop or somewhere and see if they can make one just like it only have it lenthend (depth wise) and maybe that would work... but then it wouldnt be a real case gaurd now would it?:huh

why go to a machine shop and ask them to make you a whole new peace with one minor change when you could just have them do a little machineing on your current one for clearance ?
much cheaper....

i heard all you have to do is get your case saver ground down a bit to get the bigger sprocket to fit.

Just take a drimel tool and grind some off of your case saver. that is what everybody else does.

Yep, you can grind it out with a Dremel (I've done it) but it takes a lot of grinding - almost to the point of comprimising the saver's physical integrity IMHO. But its better than nothing I suppose!
