exhaust baffle removel/jetting

saving for a new pipe, if i remove stock exhaust sprk arrestor/baffle will i need to rejet.

yah, shouldnt need to and if so, jetting changes would be minimal

if you just take off the baffle you dont have to rejet

Um ,,unless it runs like crap ,Mine i had to bump to a 120,it would cut out at the upper rpm,s

take the baffle out put a uni air filter on drill hole in the lid 180 main jet with james dean needle

save your time and get James dean jet kit

what is the stock main jet size on a 06 450r

i thinnk the 2006 is 120 main

and the 04-05 is 118 main

take the end cap off by un-screwing the 3 bolts in the end

well i took my spark arrester out. i think it sounds like crap.
i'm putting it back in. going tobuy an HMF pipe with quiet core insert.

just get a hrc end cap from someone on here some people will give them to you if you pay shipping
