I see, well i am happy to see another fellow TT'er on the site.. You better enter that thing in the next quad of the month!!!!
I'm entered in there right now and i think people are shying away from it cuz its outta the norm being a TT/Flatrack quad, but its unique as yours is!!!! Check mine out in the QOTM thread!!!

I hope to get down to Paducah this year for the National, maybe we can chat down there if your around!!! TTYL man, Jay

Very, very nice quad. I like the whole blackout theme with the blue.

I have a set of the Blackline nerfs like yours coming by way of FedEx today. How do you like them?

BTW, good luck at the Nationals.

We are going to try to make it down to Paducah , KY for the national, and i'm not sure what class i will be in.. This is my first season ever racing, and though i'm doing pretty good, i think i'd rather stick in a lower class to get more expierience since its only my first year.

Last weekend at the North Central National in WI, i raced 4stroke, and took the North Central National #1 Number Plate.... The whole weekend was pretty decent except for one big wreck, but that happens.. Next year i hope to hit up some more nationals, but need to acquire a few sponsors to help me with the entry fees and such since i'm all on my own and am a college student yet trying to work 30 hours a week just to go racing.. :)

i like them... there is really only one problem with them... dont leave airisaw(sp) cans around them... HAHAHA... a few weeks ago we had a WD40 can on my seat and someone bumped my quad and it fell on the foot pegs and there SOOO SHARP it blew the can up and my quad was soaked in WD40.. lol

Yeah, I know what your talking about. I have a set of the older AC Propegs on my 400 and I won't even try to ride it without my boots on. They're over 3 years old and still pretty sharp.:)

really nice bike! i would love to get into TT, but all my time and money goes toward MX right now. and the only close place would be Paducah for me. so did you just mount the Floats upside down? just wondering if they still work alright like that?

xsr_racing28c

Being that the shocks don't have springs i would think that they would work out well, and he kinda has to mount them like that because with the piggybacks, the ressies would hit on the swaybar.... I had that problem with some Elkas i tryed to run and then i went with custom axis...

no... they are built like that... those shocks are originaly from a snowmobile custom built for my 450r

ya... i used to be into MX but to me... TT is funner... just think about going into a HUGE sweaper turn at 75MPH just holding her pinned... haha... its the best feeling in the world... and TT is alot saffer... seemed every time i got on a MX track to race i was spending money to get my bike fixed.. lol... i only ride MX to stay in shape now

ya... we have that problem on my brother's KFX... all we did is turn them around where the rezzy's are facing inside the frame... works great so fare

Hunter, I don't really know that TT is much safer, since i've seen many people get hurt on the TT and oval races, but it sure is fun as hell, and i think it takes a lot more rider and machine tuning to do well. In TT it is tougher to pass and every turn is very crucial... How often do you see mx guys taking .25 lbs of air pressure outta one tire just to get a little more traction, or measuring the roll out of there tires after each race? TT is a very tuner friendly series of racing... I'm sure you know exactly what i'm talking about.. ~Jay

haha... ya.. i know what your talkin about... it is alot harder cuz 90% of that race is how well your bike is tuned... but i was just saying i always got hurt racing MX... i guess it was just my luck?!?! lol...

Yea Jason is still in the hospital but i beleive he is finally back in Wisconsin.. I'm so glad to see that he is finally getting a little better, man is a shame when such a great rider and person such as him gets hurt from doing something he loves so much.. I'm hoping to see him back on 4 wheels when he's all well and good to ride..
