Well if your trail riding, you don't want top end.. I would go with a 14 tooth front sprocket, or a 13 if its an 05' 06' model.

pro circuits r very loud. at least the ones ive seen r. u might want to look into a quieter pipe for trail riding.

Go with an LRD or CT. both produce good power and can be kept on the quiet side. they give you more throughout the entire range and they give you quite a bit more off the bottom which is exactly what you want for trail riding.

i didnt really catch all of that but from expierence i have the t-4 on my 400ex and i love it good lowend power, ive rode a 450R with an hmf numerous times and it also has good lowend power but is a little loud, ive rode a 300ex with an fmf pipe and i think the fmf was there for looks i really didnt notice a difference from stock:ermm:

anyway i dont think you can go wrong with either,i would also look into a sparks full system if you do not have decibal limits around where you ride but ive heard they have good power all throughout

I agree. My setup has allowed me to gain alot of power mid and top end with out sacrificeing bottom. Pretty happy with it and I only ride trails. I do have to admit it is a little more prone to dying than it was. That's my only complaint and I'm working on it.

i wouldnt care about brands if you want top end look for the full system that has the shortest haeder the shorter the header the more top end you well have mix it with a smaller frot sproket and you have a good combo
my full DG system has a very short header and it flys
