Will These Rims Work???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an '05 400EX and the one tire is shredded. I have a set of Maxxis Razrs ordered but I'm going riding tomorrow and they won't be in till next week. Can I put on a set of 300EX rims and tires so that I can go riding. I have access to them but I don't kow if they will work. Also, will my stock 400EX be able to pull the taller gearing that these tires are going to give it?

Agree, Also Suzuki, Cannondale, Kawasaki, and Honda are all the same bolt pattern.......Why can't Yamaha Change??? :(
