ugh my pep shocks need a rezzi line where do I get it

I got these peps in "good condition" and after rebuilding them the new shock oil just squirts out the rezzi line, i can see where it has been burred and it just flows out. It looks like a works shock but had PEP on the bottles. It is about a foot long, is there anyway i can put rubber lines like Motowoz has or do i have to order replacements?

A guy around here has been using,i believe, grease gun hoses for years on his pep's rated for more pressure and alot cheaper.
