Can anyone help me with my rusted silencer? It looks like crap and i want to paint it. I need help

If your going to paint it, sand it down, wash it with laquer thinner, prime it and paint it.

I dont do much with liquid paint, all I do is powdercoating:p

Pappy told you the right thing to do which is amazing for one of them powder coating guys :devil:

I'd suggest using a single stage so you dont have to put a coat of clear coat over it. Clear coat is like spraying water and runs happen to the best of us..

And he does a darn good job of it too......

I have a place 30 mins from me but I choose to send to to Pappy!:D

Ya if you want quality work you should really have pappy coat it check out my exhaust its the WB E series thread in this forum.
