seen it said that its been done . you'd need to machine the barrell down some at the liner as its a lot bigger than the machining even for the 370 kits . not sure how many bores that would leave , i'd be interested to know anyone thats done it as the barrells can be picked up for next to nothing , bet it would still vibrate though , big old piston v balancer ?

There's a company somewhere that does this. I read about it in an article online once....

there was a complete saber motor up on ebay a few weeks ago with all the extras you would want for 4,000.00 thats a nice chunk of change for a R Motor

considering they come with pipe carb all the electronics a completly modified and reworked clutch and all the work they do to the bottom end even at 4k its a steal.

i spose since they made a twin out of it it wouldnt vibrate as bad either.... thou ive never heard of or seen one of these things in action. unlike the saber which is actually on the shelf ready to order.

That twin cylinder engine never was finished, a guy in OK bought the jugs to put on his 250Rs.

That Saber would be a good deal, it has different versions to build it to for your budget. Most every type of build I hear ends up being a torque monster

that one that was on ebay had over 100hp if i read the small pic of the dyno chart correctly! 4000 was a steal!
