yo something is messed the .... up!!!! in my clutch

i replaced it like a month ago along with a 440 kit it ran fine the one day the clutch did but at the end its like it disapeard. i tighted it up it worked for about 4 pulls disapeared tighted it up got 3-4 pulls and it was gone like it was diasinggrating. brought it home sat over night went out it was back to normal!?! i took it to a race made about half a lap head gasket blew but clutch was fine so i got it fixed about 3 weeks later and now i rode it today a little hard and it started to do the same thing it was dasapering?!?!?!? does anyone know the fix or did i install something wrong???????:grr: :grr: :mad: :ermm: :ermm:

No man, this can't be?! A 4-stroke breaking? Blasphemy!! Hee hee, you know I'm messin Travis. Uh.....maybe you have something rigged like usual.....I'd check that out first.

2 things about 440's..

1) use a Hinson clutch, and buy a Hinson clutch basket with it as well

2) buy a PWR radiator to keep the engine running cooler..

how are u going to use a water cooled engines radiator when the 400ex is air cooled ???

sorry about that, I hepled my buddy with his KFX problems and this is what we did and it helped, forgot about the radiator but try the basket and clutch
