ok i got me a wb e2 pipe, i also got a k&n, and i jetted the bike, well earlier today i was riding in a construction site behind my house, when i go up this hill in 2nd gear, the bike seems to lose all its power and wanna stall, i have to drop it to 1st and almost redline up the damn hill, it never seemed to have that problem before, also when i rev it in neutral, i push the throttle fast and the bike sounds like its choking, damn! im ready to give up

am i running too rich? too lean?

Sounds like it could be bogging down cause its to rich maybe... But what is it jetted at now? And pull the plug and tell us what you see.

The only thing that needs to be removed to remove the plug is the boot:p

I use a regular 18mm deepwell 3/8 drive socket and short extension. Fit the socket on the plug first, then add the extension and ratchet. Works everytime:D

Your quad should have came with a spark plug socket in its little pouch in the canister by the battery. Pull off the plug wire, insert socket over plug, then use a screw driver or something thin and round and insert it thru the holes on the socket to turn the plug loose. The color of the plug determines how rich/lean it is. White means lean, dark black or wet black means rich. Your aiming for a nice brownish-gray color. If the quad bogs down, you're probably running rich. Too much fuel means no response. Now if you hit the throttle and it goes but feels like it's starving for gas, you're lean and you need to increase the jet size. Regardless, if you are only having problems while riding at speed, it's the main jet you need to focus on.
