Blingstar Nerfs?

I've been looking at the bilngstar nerfs for my ltr and I was wondering if the heel guards come with the nerfs or if you order them seperately. I was trying to find info about it online and on their site but I came up with nothing.

any idea on how to get some? i plan on getting the Natalie style nerf, but i also want the heel guard.

i know some of you have are able to help me out here. i need to get some nerfs before this weekend so its kind of important.
