need help!!!

I think my 300 needs new piston and rings but not sure. It has been burning oil and smoking im not sure if it is the piston and rings or that the valves just need adjusted. If you know please help me out. Thanks.

what color smoke. If it black/blue you need new rings, and while you are in there, just put a high comp piston in. If it is white smoke, it is just condensation in the pipe. :o
