precision damper 250r/450r fit

Id like to get a precision stabilizer for my LSR framed 250r, but it will be about a 4 week wait to get one. The 450R frames look kinda similar, and 450r stabilizers are easy to find. Anyone one know if the mounts are close enough that it would work? All that really needs to be the same is the spacing of the frame rails and maybe the stem angle?. Dont want to get something that doesnt work, but dont see a need to wait if it does work the same. Thanks for any help.
