im rejetting my 400ex to a 160 kehlin main jet, but the screws on the float chamber will not come off, i tried several screw drivers but it just wants to strip them out. im not sure what to do at this point becuase i dont want to strip them out totally. this is the first time that im rejetting on this quad. Any suggestions would be great.

I have used a small pair of vise grips before to get mine loose.

Use a hack saw and saw a line through them and then use a flat screw driver on them.

After you get them out go to Lowes or somewhere and get hex head screws to replace them.They are size M4-70x12 I think. I know cause I replaced mine. I didn't strip them but they were tore up!
