cuting out

i have a 05 400ex with a slip on, k&n and jet kit i bought it from the dealer new set up this way. it has about 25 hours on it. it cuts out and dies at high speeds. i can stop put the choke on all the way and pump the gas several time and it starts back up. once it starts it sputers and back fires several times then is fine. dose anybody have any ideals? please help!!!!!!

sounds like junk in the high speed jet of the carb maybe.

Mine did that, it was only on occassion turned out to be dirt in the tank.

thanks i am going to put a stage 2 hot cam and a cdi and jet kit this week so i will clean the carb while i am at it
