hey guys, ive been reading around here and i still havent found my answer, ok so i just bought a 04 trx 400 from my cousin, he kept it all stock, so far i got a K&N, i removed the spark arrestor, the airbox lid,and im in the process of jetting the carb, i bought a dynojet kit, so now what size jet should i put?? well i hope you guys can answer

there is no one answer.

dynojet meters fuel differently so, i.e. 148 keihin is compare to a 140 dynojet. this is just an example, numbers are not accurate! you might need to use a jet that has a smaller number than the stock keihin jet. try 2 sizes smaller and check plug......trial and error.

wait until you mount the pipe. other wise you'll have to go through the process again. also try running a search, more than likely someone on here has your set up. its at the top under atvriders.com

why dont you just read what it says to put in for your application on the installation guide thing.....thatd be the easiest way.....
