were exactly is it....i looked in the manual and it didnt say anything, any have maybe a picture they can show me or tell me where it is?

it's right under the carb, you adjust it with a regular screwdriver. hard to miss

on the bottom, or on the bottom side?

it is kind of hard to see when the carb is on the bike. it is a bronze colored screw that you adjust with a flat blade screwdriver. it is behind the idle adjustment. it is on the bottom of the carb. so, it sits vertically (up and down).
