Bought my first truck!!!

well today i bought my first truck...its a 93 Chevy S-10 4x4, its red and only has 72,000 on it...things in mint condition not a piece of rust on it...its got a brand new tool box and room in the back for my subs, only bad thing is that im not sure if my quad will fit in the back. im picking it up either later tonite or tomorrow after school and ill post pics then. anybody else have one of these?

You quad will fit in the back, although you may need to take out the tool box and you won't be able to close the tail gate. I like s-10s, i kind of wish i had a 2wd to trick out.

i like havin the 4x4 to hunt and fish.....i cant complain....the rents r payin for a rhino liner and buying me a trailer for my quad...so hey...im happy lol....im pickin the truck up tomorrow after school so ill get pics after i wash it tomorrow night

That will be a good truck for you, s10's are pretty reliable little trucks. Perfect for 1 quad.

sounds kind of like mine i got about 4 months ago. 93 s10, but mines a 2wd 5 speed. my quad fits in the back fine, so does my friends 450r. it runs really good and the gas mileage from the 2.8 v6 is great.

yea the guy we bought it from said he got between 28-34 mpg with it...i cant wait im excited to get it

i have an 85, 4CYL auto, 109,700 or so miles, still runnin strong, ready for valve cover gasket though, only problem Ive ever had with this truck is the tranny, it went out at about 100000, other then that no problems, this was my grandpas truck so it was inherited.

Keep the toolbox in there, i had an s10 with a toolbox in it. I built wood ramps in the bed for the front wheels of my quad to roll up on the toolbox, worked great. But if you take it out, it will fit good on your truck.
