First off its a 2000 shee was tore apart the hole thing to paint and rebuilt the motor and make sure everthing was good. now there is a problem it has a hard time starting but will still start and run fine but has to be pop started or if ya kick the hell out of it for a while that will work too. DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION AND OR IDEA OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.......

go through the carbs completely, both of them, one more time...

if it will be pull started, sounds to me like you need to get your carbs good and cleaned...

I tried carbs from another shee that runs 100% and it still does it what now....

why dont you elaborate a little further about what all has been done and what kind of troubleshooting you have already performed...

make sure all of your grounds to the frame are in contact with bare metel..You had just painted the frame..As far as I can remember the coil,and regulator is grounded...
