Posted this here b/c I need quick responses.
Just started putting my 300ex sparks exhaust on and having trouble with fit. Do I have to move the brake resevoir that is attached to the frame? I hadn't thought that this would be a problem and am afraid that I have the wrong pipe. Right now the pipe lays right against the resevoir.
Any ideas please.

If I am thinking of the thing you are talking about then you should be fine b/c my DG did the same thing. Post a pic to point out what you are talking about.

I found this pic of another quad with the same setup. Looks like maybe it has been relocated and attached with tie wire? anyway it shows the area but g.mine is really close, practically touchin

Thats my 300ex. I took the bailing wire off the res then where it mounts up in the rear I put a spacer about 3/4 to an inch thick and it took it away from the res.

When I bought my sparks pipe (years ago), it came with an aluminum spacer that the bolt slides through, to put between the rear mounting flange and the frame.

About 1/2" diameter and 3/4" long. As you can see on the above photo, the pipe is being sucked back to the frame without it.

You should have gotten an small aluminum spacer piece with your pipe.

If you don't have one, you can just snag one from the hardware store for like $0.15.

I think I cured the problem. Just turned the resevoir around and put on inside of frame. Is tight against that little breather hose that connects to hose between carb and air box but all good. Thanks. I just used the image as an example cause it was already on here when i did a search on the subject. Thanks
