My 2002 400ex is not getting fuel. The cylinder and piston is fine and the fuel line is not clogged. There is gas in the tank. What could it be?

by your post we can assume you've taken off the fuel line from the carb and turned the gas on to see if fuel pours out.... and you've checked to see that your float bowl is getting that fuel...if so, then somewhere in your carb there could be a clog. if you've rebuilt your carb, you might have to re-adjust your throttle cable/and or idle screw to give the motor some go juice. if there is no fuel in the bowl, then your needle and seat is stuck or clogged.

how do you know for sure your not getting fuel?

The plug is dry thats how. I got it tho i sprayed ether down the plug hole and it started. thanx
